Dainty’s Dance Factory was founded in 2017 by Miss Kenyarie Tickell Welsh, a passionate dancer and visionary. The school of dance was established just a few years after she launched Dainty Steppers, her competitive dance team that began right in her backyard.
Dainty’s Dance Factory was created with a mission: to teach young girls with no prior experience the art of dance. Through combo classes in ballet, jazz, and tap, students learn not only technique but also confidence, discipline, and expression.
DDF is proudly known for offering some of the most affordable dance classes in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Parents especially love that dancers have the opportunity to perform in two recitals each year, showcasing their progress and talent.
What began as a dream for Miss Kenyarie has grown into a thriving dance family. Today, she continues to inspire the next generation of dancers to dream big and believe in themselves using dance as a powerful tool for empowerment and creativity.
